We had a bad root intrusion on the main line which caused a blockage. Stan came out with in the hour and got his root cutter out, ran it and was done in a matter of minutes. He was professional, explained how we could better the situation in future if this happens again and gave me the paperwork pertaining to the service and went on his way.
