They do a great job of maintaining my most valued possession -- the HVAC unit (particularly the air conditioning!) -- through regular maintenance, and, when necessary, emergency calls.

Great company!!! I’m in Durham but did a quick search for heat pump replacement in Mebane. They have great reviews. Called and asked and yes they service Durham. The price for the two units installed and basically for exactly what the last company quoted ….. $4500 less. For the exact same units and all the labor …etc. And they are super nice!!! It’s always a pain for people when they come to my house with dogs everywhere barking and just always a mess ???? but they are very nice about it all. Save thousands and call this company because we can all find something to spend $4500 on …. right???

I called James' heating and air for an emergency service. A technician came out same day (saturday) and was very honest. Monday another technician named William came out to do the repair and preformed it in a timely fashion, even checking all of the functions and the thermostat for me. William was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company
