I’m very happy I went with them. My AC went out in mid-July. Its an old unit so I was worried about it being an expensive repair. They responded quickly. The guy who came out diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it fast! Great price! And most importantly he did not try to upsell me something else (like I’ve had a different HVAC company do). I will definitely use them again! Service: A/C system repair
My AC wasn't cooling below 80, I called James Heating and Air and they answered immediately. They were able to get a technician out in 2 business days. The techs, John and Justin called me in advance, were extremely polite and professional. They diagnosed the issue and solved the problem. I highly recommend this company! They do a great job of maintaining my most valued possession -- the HVAC unit (particularly the air conditioning!) -- through regular maintenance, and, when necessary, emergency calls.
