I called James' heating and air for an emergency service. A technician came out same day (saturday) and was very honest. Monday another technician named William came out to do the repair and preformed it in a timely fashion, even checking all of the functions and the thermostat for me. William was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company
My AC wasn't cooling below 80, I called James Heating and Air and they answered immediately. They were able to get a technician out in 2 business days. The techs, John and Justin called me in advance, were extremely polite and professional. They diagnosed the issue and solved the problem. I highly recommend this company! My ancient A/C thermostat kicked the bucket today at about 6 pm. I called James Heating and Air. The repair person was here within 30 minutes, and I now have a new thermostat. And all at a very reasonable price. Excellent, responsive service!
