Excellent service by Jim and Max today. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care of our home. We had quite a list of projects and questions, and they patiently took the time to go through every item. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
Everyone I dealt with from setting the appointment to the technician in my home, was very professional and knowledgeable. Cameron, my tech, was on time and explained what needed to be done and why. He did the work efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. Everything works well now and I will be using Mebane Electrical Services for my future needs. My electrical outlet had a live wire. I called and was told that they would have someone here by late afternoon; but, just after noon, Jim was here. Quick and courteous describes his level of service! He fixed my switch and even went above and beyond the call of my request to show me another switch (and its function) that I did not know was even in my house! Five stars for Jim!!!
