Jones Heating and Air Conditioning did a good job for us. They came out when needed and were very nice to work with and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them. Being close by is always a plus as well if we ever needed them.
I asked to speak with the technician before they came out and charged me an $89 fee because I need specialized work and wanted to ensure that they are able to provide the service that I need. The receptionist refused to let me speak to the tech without paying a service fee but also couldn’t guarantee that they offer the service that I am looking for. What has happened to good customer service? Is a 5 minute phone call too much to ask before getting my business?
I have used Jones Heating & Air Conditioning since arriving in Charlotte in 1999! This means many visits for standard maintenance and when new units were needed we turned to Jones for this service as well. The units and their service and maintenance have been of the highest quality. This company is reasonable, reliable and has fulfilled all expectations. They have my highest recommendation.
