I have used Air Care since it was Jones Heating & Cooling. Mo came out and was friendly and knowledgable. He was on time and called as he was on his way. He checked out the gas furnace and air handler. No high pressure sales pitch, just some general recommendations, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Air Care to anyone who is in need of HVAC service, and ask for Mo, he is a great guy. Service: Heating system maintenance

I have used Jones Heating & Air Conditioning since arriving in Charlotte in 1999! This means many visits for standard maintenance and when new units were needed we turned to Jones for this service as well. The units and their service and maintenance have been of the highest quality. This company is reasonable, reliable and has fulfilled all expectations. They have my highest recommendation.

I contacted Jones Heating & Air as soon as I realized my A/C was broken, expecting to wait a while for a service call since it’s the middle of summer. They responded immediately and set up an appointment for the afternoon. Dave, the service technician, was prompt and professional. He determined the problem and repaired it quickly. My A/C was back on immediately. I would definitely call them again.
