One of the best service professionals I have experienced. Joshua fixed the problem in minutes, explaining as he made adjustments. The shower now works better than when it was installed years ago. Amazing! I'll only call ER Plumbing going forward.
Awesome. Came same day, 3 hours after I called. Called 30 min ahead to let me know they were in their way which is great so I didn’t have to sit home and wait. Clear with fees (super reasonable) and what the plan was for remedy. Fixed, cleaned up and were on their way in 30 min. Great guys, great service. HIGHLY recommend!!
Our hot water heater went out and we called several plumbing companies who kept giving us the run around. ER Plumbing responded within the hour. Stuns h who answered the call was helpful, polite and patient. Austin who was out tech was honest, a great worker and answered every question we had. Definitely would refer them. There was no gimmicks. He was honest in stating what we needed and the process of the job. Thankful for ER plumbing.
