Roof-M-All

So far I’m very impressed with Roof-M-All. They came out immediately and put a trap on my roof, assisted me with my insurance company and came out when the adjuster came to inspect my roof. Now I’m waiting on my insurance company to approve my new roof. Stay tuned for completion of job.

Like many have stated, I was a very skeptical at first of the door-knocking sales tactics. Shaun was persistent but in the end, it was a great help in moving the process forward to replace our damaged roof. Shaun was involved in all steps of the process; discussing the issue and damage and providing pertinent information to our insurance company, talking directly with the adjuster on site and on the phone as needed and even helped pick up debris during the 1 day installation. He came back to check on everything as well as put an eye on the gutter installation which was a few days later. Shaun, Angel and Leo (sales, roof, gutters) were all great to work with and provided a positive, professional experience on a home improvement project that can be a bit overwhelming. Recommend.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Mark stopped by my house on a whim and talked to me about my roof, like many people have before him. But I didn’t get the sly salesmen’s type pitch that I got from most others. He walked me through the entire process and was extremely clear as to what we should expect. He worked with our insurance company to start a claim and Caleb came out and met our insurance adjuster. The claim was approved and the work started on my roof shortly there after. The crew was courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. Our roof was quite the task (100 year old farmhouse) and the guys were here from sun up to sundown for two full days and even came back on a Saturday morning to do some final cleaning. Each day that they left they made sure our property was cleaned up even though they would be back the next day. Our roof looks beautiful and has made such a drastic change to our home! Thank you all!
