I called on a Friday and was able to get the guys scheduled for a Monday morning. They came on time, were careful with the job (2nd level foyer light and dining room fixture), and efficient. Ed was dispatched to our house almost immediately after I called to schedule and showed up within an hour (if that). The estimate before the service was clear and after the service was complete, we adjusted the original estimate down to reflect the actual work without any hassle.
