We are very happy we chose Roof Medic for our roof and gutter replacement. Our roof looks fantastic and so do the gutters. We had a great experience with the company their communication was great. Received several emails from Megan during the process. Josh Lloyd was a pleasure to work with very informative always answered my many questions. We feel he went above and beyond helping us with our insurance company and claim since we did have some hail damage The crew showed up on time, very polite, hard workers and left our property looking the way they found it. Called Roof Medic to repair a rotted section in my roof. Not only did they repair the bad section but actually took the time and pictures to explain why the roof was bad but also the remedy. Roof work was performed on time and cleanup left my yard immaculate. My 2 sons had their entire roofs replaced with the same professional results. Emma managed the whole process from initial inspection to final inspection, helping me with the insurance claims process and patiently and knowledgeably answering all my questions. She and the whole Roof Medic team really helped put me at ease during what could easily have been a very stressful experience. They were very flexible with scheduling the work. The day of my roof replacement everything was executed in a professional, diligent and efficient manner. Not only was the work well executed, but the crew was also conscientious about clean-up and left my property looking just as it did before the job began.
