Michael Torres from Roof Medic was the single best customer service experience I’ve ever had no matter the service. His professionalism, communication and consistency truly was remarkable. He came to inspect my roof after a section of shingles had fallen off from a storm, found other weather damage, then talked me through my options. We went through insurance and he and the Roof Medic team handled EVERYTHING, including calling my insurance, setting up their inspection, coming to that inspection to represent my interests and fight for insurance to pay. In the end, insurance paid and the roof is now installed, with countless upgrades from the plywood, insulation, waterproofing and weatherproofing and overall design. Called Roof Medic to repair a rotted section in my roof. Not only did they repair the bad section but actually took the time and pictures to explain why the roof was bad but also the remedy. Roof work was performed on time and cleanup left my yard immaculate. My 2 sons had their entire roofs replaced with the same professional results.
