When Roof Medic came to replace our original roof, they were helpful in explaining the procedures, walking us through the intake, and insurance process. They made sure to cover my flowers and bushes and completed the job in one day. Roof Medic also took special care to clean my yard of all roofing nails. When we recently had an issue with the roof they previously placed. Ben showed up right away. He assessed the attic and the roof. When he found a few minor issues that may or may not have caused the problem, they started the work at once! We noticed that water was leaking through our ceiling during a storm, so we called Roof Medic out to investigate and they were able to come out the next day. Our field representative, Brad Andrews, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what was most likely causing the leak, what could cause future potential leaks, showed us pictures of our attic and roof, provided options of what we could do to remedy the situation, and answered any questions that we had. We were queued up for repairs 2-4 weeks out, but the production team was able to get us on the schedule at 2 weeks. The repair technician took before, during, and after pictures of the repair work. Brad did a final inspection and sent all the pictures to us. Everything looks great and better than before! I would definitely use Roof Medic again in the future. Had Julian come to assess our roof after some storm damage, super knowledgeable and easy to talk to! Didn't make you feel pressured to do anything and explained all the options clearly. He even left some materials to temporarily patch up a spot. Great customer service!
