Same Day Heating and Air

We are so very very pleased with our service from Cole’s Air! We will not be using any one else from now on!! We have been looking for someone like them ever since we moved here to Charlotte! Thank you so very very much for all you did for us & for being so wonderful to work with.

My upstairs AC unit went out a couple weeks ago. I called several companies to come out, take a look, and give me a quote. I hired Cole's for one reason - they were very thorough. He walked me through everything they would need to do, gave me a quote, and a timeline. When it came time for the install, Wayne (the owner) showed up, introduced his installers, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Six hours later, the job was complete. I looked over everything after a job is completed. I checked the unit outside, the air handler in the attic, duct work (to make sure it's all in tact and no leaks), draining lines, etc. It was perfect! Another reason I am giving them 5 stars is there communication. Email them or call them and you will always reach someone and get a quick response. You also get a text when they are on there way to your home and a text when the job is complete. They earned my business and I will work with them again in the future.
