From my initial call to Climatech Hvac this was an absolute delightful experience. Robert answered the phone was courteous. Explained things in detail to me, and was able to give me an appointment for the next working day. I received a text in the morning saying the service technician Shane was on his way. when Shane arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it Climatech could not ask for two better employees, Robert and Shane who are both professional and knowledgeable.
