Optimal Plumbing Solutions

We’ve used Optimal several times and always get great service. Ryan came out to diagnose our sewar pump, spent the time to diagnose the problem and explain it to us. He’s very knowledgeable and good at helping us understand. He came back the next day with the parts and had us fixed. (This was after being ghosted 3 times by another company!). Always reliable, competent, and professional.

Would highly recommend! Mark was very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We received a text when he was on the way along with a picture of himself and bio. Thought that was a real nice touch especially for security reasons! He checked for a clogged drain, which we didn’t have thankfully. He verified our water pressure was on the low end and replaced our regulator to increase it. That made a huge difference. We received an estimate to add an exterior hose bib as well. We have had Optimal Plumbing out here before. Ryan S. Is a really nice guy who explained everything and he was ready to answer all questions (he’s patient, that’s good!) Ryan S. was neat and efficient and did great work. Last visit was our septic tank trouble and this visit we had water/air hammer.
