I would highly recommend this company. We had toilets and tubs backing up and the company scheduled a home visit appointment quickly, came out early and even though the repair (a septic pumping) wasn’t something they could do, the technician Ryan made it so we could flush our toilets. He was professional, courteous and explained the issues we had and what we needed done clearly. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We have had Optimal Plumbing out here before. Ryan S. Is a really nice guy who explained everything and he was ready to answer all questions (he’s patient, that’s good!) Ryan S. was neat and efficient and did great work. Last visit was our septic tank trouble and this visit we had water/air hammer.
