Adam and DJ offered T&A's services soon after a high-wind situation. They came prepared to inspect the roof and provided me with 44 pictures showing the missing shingles and areas of concern. They did not have a direct relationship with my insurance company but as I worked with my insurance company, they continued to provide any information needed and even joined the adjuster on the roof during the inspection. Following settlement from the insurance company, they provided a quote to replace the roof and held to that quote when the project was done. The roof was stripped of the old shingles, boards were inspected, and the new roof and supportive pieces were added. This was all done in one day! Their team worked diligently and when they left you couldn't tell they had been dropping debris throughout the day. They even replaced the boards and shingles on my pump house at no extra cost! From the moment T&A Expert Contractors stepped onto our property, the professionalism stood out to me. They walked me through every step of the process, answered any and every question I had, helped me with filing my insurance claim and were extremely professional and courteous. The crew that performed the work showed up on time, hustled and got the job completed very fast. They placed a tarp down to collect debris and misc. nails which put my mind at ease.
