We have an addition that has been for the most part a nightmare. The only smooth and professional part has been dealing with Donald for our roof installation. It went so well that I begged him to coordinate the other components to complete the project such as gutters siding fascia etc. all work has been completed professionally. Peter has also been instrumental when Donald could not be available. Thank God for them. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation

Absolutely terrible. They installed the roof for my new home and they clearly didn't care about doing a respectable job. The home leaked within a month. There a holes and exposed nails throughout. They didn't cover the overhang properly and the shingles don't even cover the trim. Absolute hack job and they don't care. Then they "repaired" it after the first leak, but it they ignored most of the problems. They "repaired" it again later, but still ignored most of the problems. After two repairs, there is still holes throughout, exposed OSB, poorly woven valleys, misaligned flashing, and improper overhang.

This company installed the roof on our brand new home built by Capital City 5 years ago. We have a leak and have been trying to contact them for multiple days to come inspect and help repair. They refuse to answer or call my wife back. They wont get any of our business then. Service: Roof installation
