Alpha-Omega was hired to repair my roof. The first crew was a no show on scheduled date. Day two, a crew showed up with just a caulk gun and none of the material to fix roof. The next day, day three, I was told a crew would be there within the hour. No crew showed up. Finally, on the fourth attempt, a crew with correct material showed up and the repair was made. Too soon to say if repair resolved leak.

Alpha Omega construction was the roofer our builder had contracted when we bought our house. 4 years into the house we noticed a minor leak in the attic so we had them come and inspect. I worked with Tania Cruz on scheduling the inspection and she was "super responsive" and stayed on top of things in getting it scheduled and ensuring the service was delivered on time. Peter, their engineer that came to inspect and supervise the fix was extremely professional and "ethical". He had a wealth of knowledge and was quick to diagnose & fix the issue. Kudos to the team!! Very professional and on time. Fixed shingles on roof that blew off during storm. Took the time to blend the colors so you can't even tell that any of them were replaced. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
