MTC is great! I asked them to fix my furnace and they responded very quickly! They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend choosing MTC!
MTC tried to fix my hvac system in the proper way but my home warranty company. CINCH refused to pay for parts. CINCH wanted a quick temporary fix. Ruby at MTC was so determined to help to no avail. Had blower motor repaired, but the wrong motor was ordered. There were 2-3 additional appointments set up and on at least 2 occasions the incorrect motor was brought out again and it wasn't known until the tech came that it was the incorrect motor, leading to additional appts needing to be made. Otherwise, the tech was friendly and good to work with, but I would have liked for him to reach out to me via phone immediately to let me know rather than me having to reach out to them to find out the status.
