I called Carlton Heat and Air because my AC unit stopped working. The ladies at the office were friendly and accommodating. I was so thankful they were able to get me a same day appointment especially since it's been so hot lately. Lucas my technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a fee hours. Saturday morning in the middle of the summer in Raleigh and no A/C. We called Carlton and they fit us into their schedule that afternoon. Cruz arrived around 2pm and quickly diagnosed the issue and had us in the cool shortly thereafter.
