They Technician came Diagnosed, and was very clear on problem and gave the option to repair or replace. He set up an appointment the same day with Mr. Herod to provide me options with products and pricing to replace. They were both very professional, and honest. Believe they are a good company to use.
William Taylor is amazing: Prior to arriving I received a text with a picture of William, our technician. He was on time and professional, but what sets him apart was his empathy! He did everything he could to offer alternative solutions while we wait for our parts and next appointment. He was human! I find it rare these days!
We had William Taylor perform the check of our system this morning. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his checking our furnace. In addition, we signed up for the service plan with Yellow Dot. We have dealt with William Taylor in the past (with other companies) and are always satisfied with his work.
