These guys replaced all of my ducts in my crawlspace. It was a 2-day job on cold days so they provided me with 2 great space heaters (the oil-filled radiator types) to help with my home heating while work was being done. The crew working on the job was very professional and experienced. They did not try to rush the job and focused on quality/doing things right. I would hire them again. Team members reached out to me and apologized for the delay on the refund. A updated operating system has just been brought online and delays were noticed. I do appreciate Comfort Monster Heating & Air reaching out and taking care of this issue. I needed help to get my outside exchange fan to run. I call comfort Monster Heating & Air for support, which did have some great reviews. First off the tech was very pleasant to work with. He quickly identified the problem and corrected it. That is the positive side of my experience. The negative side was the invoice to replace a $24.99 Amazon 24v transformer that shorted out, cost $300 to replace the small transformer which took 10 minutes to replace and another $300 plus to fix in 5 minutes another shorted bare wire. Over $600 for pretty much a hour worth of work. Hey I will pay it if that’s the true cost. The tech said that’s the price, WOW. I shared my experience with Comfort Monster via text.
