Comfort Monster was very responsive. I was able to schedule immediately and the tech arrived on time. I had issues with both the indoor and outdoor components and they were both fixed in no time! We decided to replace our >20 year-old system and we are so glad that we chose Comfort Monster. Not just they provided a very competitive price, and they also did an amazing job to install new HVAC for us on cold winter days right before the holiday. They are very professional and also helpful and friendly. They even give my baby a little purple monster. Highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Comfort Monster. We needed an HVAC repair over the weekend before 4th of July. I called several other companies who said it would be a week before they could come out. But they arranged to come early Monday morning. Curtis, the technician, came on time, explained everything that he found, and had everything fixed and working in short order.
