Comfort Monster Heating & Air

My A/C was working well until it wasn’t. I’ve seen Comfort Monster vehicles in my neighborhood, so I thought I’d give them a call (because I’ve had horrible experiences with other companies in the past). Comfort Monster also had many great reviews and now I know why! I was panicked last night because my house was getting hot and I have three dogs who were also uncomfortable. I sent a message after midnight and followed up with a phone call this morning. This is when I first spoke to Tasia, who was very kind and very pleasant to speak with. Often the person who speaks with the customers at a business is the face of the business. Tasia is the best! Tasia helped calm me down and got me on the schedule for today. Ennis arrived and troubleshooted my issue in minutes. My issue was repaired properly in a very short period of time. I’m now comfortable again in my cool house and my dogs are safe and happy.
