Charged my daughter $5,000 and placed a Lien on her house. They had told her the insurance company would take care of it! Very unprofessional in their dealings. Don’t trust a word they say GET IT IN WRITING OR HAVE A ATTORNEY PRESENT.

Return edit: I never got an update on the second review of the insurance company. I’m assuming they just didn’t approve it and the company is no longer interested. It would have been nice to be notified, but I’ll just look for another company. Edit: I'm not sure how my case fell through the cracks originally, but I'm coming back to amend my review that the company contacted me and set up an additional inspection in which a representative for Southeastern and an assessor met on site together for the claim to be resubmitted to my insurance. ---- My main complaint is wasting my time with this company. They inspected my roof and the people I worked with on this front were very friendly. They came back on a second day (where I took time away to work to meet them) to help me call the insurance company and make a claim. The insurance company didn't approve the claim or think that the damage was warranting of a replacement, which isn't at fault of the company, but I do not know the reason for
