I had my roof replaced due to some damage from a storm earlier in the year. Weather guard came out to complete an assessment and worked with my insurance company to finalize everything. It was so easy and they were very patient when handling all of my questions. They even worked with me when I had trouble paying the deductible. I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thanks again! Our home re-roofing project was spearheaded by Alex Roach following a significant hail storm this past spring. Alex was responsive and as accommodating as he could possibly be, both in the process of working with adjusters and during the actual construction itself. The crew was professional, courteous, and left the project organized and clean at the end of each day’s work—even when they knew they would be returning the next day. One night, they returned to our home after dark and we could hear them on the roof—turns out, they returned to tarp a few areas because the chance of rain had gone up to 50%, and they wanted to make sure nothing was compromised in the still unfinished areas.
