The guys that came out from Element Service Group Mechanical were professional very aware of the product. Answered all of my questions. They came into the home diagnosed the problem and assessed what had to be done quickly and resolve all the related issues very quickly. They ordered additional parts and the company promptly called and scheduled an additional visit. They were again prompt and on time, courteous, and professional. They repaired the problem quickly. Element has been so great to work with! They helped us get a whole new HVAC/gas pack system installed on our building and have been great with regular maintenance and upkeep. Very responsive, great customer service, always on time and sometimes can arrive earlier than originally expected which is great. Antonio was a wonderful tech. He was very professional and on time. He quickly discovered why our heat pump was not working and fixed it. He also came out on Christmas Day to help fix.
