This is the second time I've used Midtown Plumbing and they are definitely my go-to plumbers now. This time, I had Jason, who showed up exactly on time (early even!) and explained each step of the process for my sink repair and was very kind.

I used this company multiple times. Initially everything was great. And the customer service was nice. For my last plumbing issue, I was told a perfectly good faucet could not be repaired, was upsold an unnecessary repair and then told the only way to end the leaking toilet was to install a water pressure valve. With the unnecessary purchase of 2 faucets and the cost of a second plumber, I spent thousands on a $100 problem. They are professional, timely and very helpful from diagnostics to repair option review and through all remedial work necessary to resolve issues.
