There were no surprises Jason kept his word on everything he had promised and more. The weather was still very hot when our air conditioner stopped working. Our air conditioning unit had to be ordered and we were going into the weekend with no air conditioning in the heat. Jason made sure we were comfortable. He bought over two window air conditioners for us so we could stay cool. We compared Scott's Comfort Systems with other companies and their price was very fair. Jason was great! Even around the holidays he and his team were so prompt. He gave me a free estimate, options on the units I was looking to have installed, communicted with me when he had pickled up the product, and gave me an installation date from the start. The wait time for installation was very minimal to begin with, and he was even able to get to me a day ahead of schedule! He and his team were very timely, professional, quiet, and clean. Then end product looks very clean and sleek, inside and out. My workspace is now so much more comfortable with mini split unit that they installed. The unit makes being in the room so much more enjoyable. I love going to work up there, it really makes the place really feel complete. It also gives me peace of mind to know that my work gear is going to be in a climate controlled environment which helps to keep it from getting damaged. Even though they were ultimately not able to do the HVAC replacement for us due to the restricting size of the HVAC closet in our condo and the type of unit needed, we were so impressed by our interaction with them that I wanted to write a review based on our experience during the diagnosis and consult. Both Jason and the technician (DJ, if I remember correctly) were very prompt, professional, and friendly. DJ took time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand and to explain exactly why a repair would likely be a waste of money versus a system replacement in our case. After Jason came out later that day to collect the info needed to write up a quote, he found that we required a particular type and brand of unit that he wasn't able to provide and recommended another company to us that would be able to help. I wish we had been able to give them our business but we really appreciated their advice and recommendation for the other vendor.
