If you are a single female, do NOT use this company. They will overcharge you and use your lack of knowledge against you. I was charged $500 to clean a line which I later found out would cost $250 somewhere else. My boyfriend called them and they admitted that their prices were high and laughed. I feel completely had, angry and used. This is not right and they will NEVER get my business ever ever again.

I have been using Santa Air for a few years now and John and Tyler have been so great to work with. So friendly, honest and always working with me to find the best possible solution. I have purchased their maintenance packages and it’s been helpful to know they will come out and keep my system on track and running! They even noticed an issue with my water heater when working on my HVAC and notified me, saving me a lot of money and disaster to my home by making me aware of it. Thanks guys!
