Our SantaAir experience was fantastic. I used their easy "request service" tool on their website to submit our information and schedule an appointment in a day. Tyler called a few minutes before. He'd read thru our issue. He did an assessment of our AC issue and gave me a set of options and made a couple recommendations to think about. Less than an hour later he had us all fixed up. He was very professional and gave me a number of great tips and best practices to extend the life of our system. Great business and customer service - highly recommended. If you are a single female, do NOT use this company. They will overcharge you and use your lack of knowledge against you. I was charged $500 to clean a line which I later found out would cost $250 somewhere else. My boyfriend called them and they admitted that their prices were high and laughed. I feel completely had, angry and used. This is not right and they will NEVER get my business ever ever again.

I can’t imagine using any other heating & cooling service. We moved here in 2019 and contacted SantaAir to inspect and service the HVAC system. The technician called to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything HVAC. I call SantaAir twice a year - heating & cooling season - and it’s always the same: friendly, very responsive & reliable, and excellent service.
