They did a great job on some items that I needed done. Fast, quick, affordable and professional. The tech cleaned up after himself and left the house better then what it was before he came.

In this area finding a good reliable 'handyman' is getting harder and harder to find. However Mr Electric Raleigh is now my electrician 'handyman'. Being over 60, I no longer climb ladders to install ceiling fans, exterior lights, additional outlets or ceiling lights like I did in my 20s. More importantly, having a licensed electrician do electrical work that meets code for my town (Cary) is worth the price of not doing it myself. The electrician, Arthur, showed up on time, gave me a detailed quote on the work I requested and finished in a reasonable time. He also did a safety check at no additional cost. The owner then followed up a few days later to make sure everything was done OK. I suppose I could have found a cheaper electrician, but having the work done with a warranty by a licensed electrician as well as having a local owner who backs his work makes it well worth the cost.

I felt that I dealt with professionals immediately when I called up Mr Electric. Amber was great setting up the call. The electrician Matthew, was prompt, courteous, informative, and reliable. He was the third electrician I called, one no show and one whom was not qualified who arrived in a beaten down truck. I felt could trust Matthew's recommendations and workmanship. I paid more than planned but the work was done right and with quality. It was worth every dollar that I finally got the electrical problems I had in my kitchen and garage. It is difficult for homeowners to find reliable service these days. I wish I had called Mr Electric earlier. I would recommend Mr Electric to anyone. What a great company with great people!
