He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. He is a true professional, and delivers high quality work. As a female home owner - I really appreciated his directness, and his extra steps to ensure I understood what was happening and why.

I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for. There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.
