Very unpleasant experience. First they gave me the wrong bill (ridiculous tax rate of 20%). I was told to call the manager to fix the bill. The manager promised to call me back the next business day. No call at all. Five days later, the bill department tweaked the bill so the total amount is the same yet with the lower tax rate. Once they sent me the modified bill, they threated me to pay the bill within 15 minutes, otherwise they would send it to to collections with a lien. This is how the company treated a customer even though it was their mistake on the bill. By the way, the repair service was very expensive. Service: Toilet repair
