Their price is very expensive. They told me that they will charge me $109 to come to my house and diagnose my AC unit plus any repair bill. I understand their initial charge if they credit it toward repair bill, but no. That is separate or extra charge. I don't know if this is normal after pandemic or not. It sure doesn't like this before pandemic. At least, I gave them an extra star because of their quick response from my appointment request for next day morning from their web site.
Justin and team were amazing, arriving within a few hours of my first call. Another company had me wait 5 days to get a plumber out. Explained everything, provided price options, and replaced my hot water heater the next morning. Polite, friendly, fast, and quality work. I also appreciated the heads-up call and email from the company with a photo and info about who would be arriving. I will be calling Blanton’s first in the future. Service: Water heater installation
Wyatt came out and did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and informed me of some issues I didn’t know about. He described what needed to be done and we decided what I wanted repaired today. Wyatt is very knowledgeable and can explain the task in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend Wyatt and Blanton’s and will use them again in the future.
