Factual review, no opinions. Cameron came out to our house quickly and that’s where the positives ended. Never mentioned we had a warranty. Gave us a write up of our options on a notebook in pencil. Never sent email confirmation of statement. Came to the house and installed a broken part and still left the house. We had to call back same day to tell them it wasn’t working, they blamed the part company for giving a faulty part. Not easy to deal with, not friendly when trying to figure out a solution to move forward. Our real AC company has no idea who this company is. Told us our new build AC unit was “cheap”, pushed pricing options on us and gave us a “bare minimum” option after pushing unneeded solutions. Filed complaint with business bureau and bank fraud team. 10/10 do not recommend. Service: A/C system repair
