Heroes Heating and Cooling

Our central AC went out during a hot weekend. Cameron from Heroes made time to arrive on Sunday morning to repair it and get it working again. He was knowledgeable and professional. Very grateful to Heroes for helping us out. Service: HVAC system repair

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by these guy, all while we were out of state. We are also on their maintenance plan. Everything has been working perfectly for the past year until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well as it should. We called them up to check it out. They came quickly and diagnosed it as a faulty compressor and that it would be covered under warranty. They came back out today to install it and so far so good. The crew at Heroes always saves the day. We returned home from vacation to our 6 year old builder grade system limping along in this heat. Cameron came Sunday morning at 8 am(!!!) and talked to us about the leak in our old hunk of junk. He explained repairs, but knowing that they are just short term fixes we have decided to replace the system and utilize Heros 10 year warranty on parts and service. They will be able to install by the end of the week. We hate having to buy a new unit but am thankful to have such a trustworthy crew to take care of us so quickly!
