Streamline replaced our AC unit and improperly installed furnace the Home Direct has installed. They were timely, efficient, friendly and professional. The system works wonderfully well process includes an independent QC component adds assurance that the installation was done correctly.
Just had my seasonal A/C checkup done by Streamline Services and I couldn’t be happier! My tech Josh arrived right on time and went straight to work assessing our systems. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he saw as he serviced our three systems. He explained everything in terms I could understand and helped us plan future maintenance and upgrades to all systems, including the addition of air scrubbers to improve the quality of our indoor air.
Our AC had been out for multiple days, and after trying all known easy fixes, I started looking for an HVAC repair service. less than 24 hours later, I can feel the cool air blowing as I type. Josh was super nice and very knowledgeable. He had the AC fixed in an hour and had no problems answering our questions. Loved that I could schedule my appointment on their website, not wait on hold.
