I can confirm what you've been reading in the reviews about excellence in service demonstrated by BulletROOF. I remember meeting Mayson Madden while I watched BulletROOF replace the roof for my neighbor. I was not inclined to replace mine thinking I had several years left and would deal with it later but he approached me and we started talking. He took the time to point out a broken shingle that I had not noticed and several other questionable spots - so I had him inspect the roof. Then I did my homework to check out BulletROOF.
