One and done. I unfortunately cannot say anything good about this company other than the technician that showed up was courteous and handled our two simple items without issue. That's something but not enough when I told the representative when I initially scheduled the appt. that we were looking for a new electrician both for ourselves and our rental properties since our long-standing guy retired. After not receiving a bill for over a month and a half I finally called to see what the issue was. I was given an amount over the phone and was shocked at a bill for over $200 to reset a hidden GFCI and replace a wall switch, way less than one hour's work. I asked for the invoice to be emailed to me so I could see the itemization, having never paid rates such as that. The invoice arrived the next day and was not itemized so I immediately replied to the email requesting just that. When I had not received a response for over a week I called again. I ended up paying the bill when I called back

I worked with Tidal electric for my full house generator installation. The team showed up on time, was super courteous and professional. Additionally I was traveling the day of the power outage (required to set up the electrical connections for the generator) and the team assured me that they would not leave the house (with my wife and dogs) without power. They stayed and chased the power company to make sure everything was completed, were responsive to all my calls and kept me in the loop throughout. I would highly recommend them! I live in an 82 year home that has some electrical challenges to say the least. I contacted Tidal Electric to address a loss of power in two rooms. My service professional assigned was Kareem. I can not begin to describe how impressed I was with his level of service. The issue at hand was extremely complex to diagnose and he refused to give up until the problem was identified and fixed. Overall my experience with Kareem was TOP NOTCH. His knowledge combined with exceptional customer service makes me want to use him for all my future electrical needs. Service: General repairs
