I worked with Tidal electric for my full house generator installation. The team showed up on time, was super courteous and professional. Additionally I was traveling the day of the power outage (required to set up the electrical connections for the generator) and the team assured me that they would not leave the house (with my wife and dogs) without power. They stayed and chased the power company to make sure everything was completed, were responsive to all my calls and kept me in the loop throughout. I would highly recommend them! Yesterday, Zach and his apprentice, Anthony, came to do a repair under our Duke wiring plan. They were friendly, courteous, answered all our questions, and were just a genuine pleasure to work with and talk to. It is very clear that Zach knows what he’s doing and is very serious about his craft. He’s a true professional and Tidal is lucky to have him. We were so impressed that we’re going to go back to Tidal—and request Zach and Anthony—to do several replacement light fixtures for us.
