Spent 15k on a busted HVAC system which has been broken for 5 days in a week. Our only response has been "part has been ordered". Can't get a straight answer from anyone. Had numerous issues with the install as well. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the staff are nice. This has been an awful experience and wish with went with the other vendor that quoted us.
Called that morning and Alex M. was out to my residence by 4pm and issue was more complicated than I expected but the a/c was pumping ice cold air by 6pm. Alex took the time to explain everything he was doing, the likely cause of the issues, and answered all my questions. He was extremely friendly and did an excellent job. I admit I was skeptical of using a same day repair company but based off this experience, I will definitely be using them going forward! Service: A/C system repair
Dennis Colby, technician, did my A/C system maintenance today and my gas water heater maintenance flush. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He took time to explain to me what he felt I needed to know about the water heater and A/C systems and I appreciate his patience, thoroughness, and expertise. Service: A/C system maintenance
