We contacted 6&Fix at 1:00pm on a Saturday for a heating unit problem and a technician was here at 3:00. Our technician, Colby, was excellent. He was very professional and was able to diagnose our problem. We are very satisfied with the service and have purchased a service contract with 6&Fix. We highly recommend. Nick was absolutely fantastic. In less then 2 hours he diagnosed the problem with my AC, picked up the part, and installed it with ease. He explained everything because I was curious and was so incredibly friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will be using 6&Fix for all of my home repair needs from now on! We had a maintenance agreement with R&S Mechanical. Prior to using the agreement, R&S merged with 6 and Fix. We used the first of two maintenance plan and were dissatisfied with the service. The repair person turned off our furnace bc he felt it was located in a closed environment. After 6 years with R&S no one has ever made that claim. We got a second opinion and the company verified that was an incorrect analysis. With that, in February, we requested our money back on the balance of our maintenance plan ($230). After lengthy discussion with the VP, Sandy Lamarre, he indicated a credit would be issued. It is now May and after emails and texts we have received no response and no refund.
