We had a leak in an outdoor spigot that had left substantial amounts of water leaking after checking the usual suspects. We figured that a hose had been left attached in winter and wanted the potential damage checked instead of just replacing it ourselves. RPD was quick to get back with emails, and scheduled us about 48h out from first email. They showed up at the early part of the scheduled window, were polite, quick, and concise. We got the invoice about 45 min after they left. For pricing transparency the service "Hose bib: Woodford 101 replacement. Used 1” wall insulation to protect new Woodford 101 hose bib from freezing. Tightened front hose bib packing nut." ran just over $320 with the subtotal for parts and labor being $299 and about $21 for tax. It would have been cheaper to do this myself, but I did want the pro opinion. The pricing is inline with estimates often given in medium COL areas.
