Came today 5/2/2022 for my April service. Wi-fi not functional on my thermostat, said they would get in touch with me this afternoon. This is the 3rd thermostat that has failed. They didn’t call back as promised. Their customer service is subpar. Service: A/C system maintenance
Tom was our technician and he was fantastic. He clearly was interested in doing what was best for us and not just what would cost the most. I can't tell you how refreshing that is. Thank you Tom and Beaver Brothers, you have a new customer!
Had problems with a recent repair. Technicians came out ASAP and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.
