Alex is THE BEST technician that you can have. He is polite, easy going, smart as a whip and actually wants to help you. My house is crazy 90% of the time and he is very patient. I called over the weekend during a heat wave and I am not a membership or returnee customer so I understand that it took a day to get an appointment scheduled. But once I did Chad was great. Showed up promptly during the window of time and called ahead to give me a heads up he was coming. Checked out my system, found the issue quickly, explained to me what it was and how I could identify the issue for myself in the future (should I ever want to. I kind of doubt I will but it was interesting to learn). Very personable, very professional, quick and efficient and great pricing!! Love to support a local business doing great work.
