My AC went out over the weekend during high temperatures. Called Stout on Monday morning. They were out that afternoon! Drew C. was professional and quick to replace the part. Those who answered my call were prompt and professional, as well. Fast, reliable service at a fair price. Nice!

I called over the weekend during a heat wave and I am not a membership or returnee customer so I understand that it took a day to get an appointment scheduled. But once I did Chad was great. Showed up promptly during the window of time and called ahead to give me a heads up he was coming. Checked out my system, found the issue quickly, explained to me what it was and how I could identify the issue for myself in the future (should I ever want to. I kind of doubt I will but it was interesting to learn). Very personable, very professional, quick and efficient and great pricing!! Love to support a local business doing great work.
