Middle of hot summer and my air quit working on Thurs afternoon. Spoke with Jenn Friday morning she was able to work me in, and a technician stopped by Friday afternoon . Stout ordered the motor on Monday, part arrived Wednesday at noon, and Mike installed by 5pm that day. Stout went out of their way to help us! Ryan even brought us a portable unit Friday after hours for us to try get some relief! Extremely pleased, great communication, timely, professional, honest and up front about the parts and bill. Our heat pump was on its last gasps, and Stout had an excellent replacement system, with better efficiency and a fully-programmable thermostat. Installation went well, the system runs beautifully, and it has been very comfortable in our home. It was a good decision to upgrade, AND a good decision to use Stout for the installation. I called over the weekend during a heat wave and I am not a membership or returnee customer so I understand that it took a day to get an appointment scheduled. But once I did Chad was great. Showed up promptly during the window of time and called ahead to give me a heads up he was coming. Checked out my system, found the issue quickly, explained to me what it was and how I could identify the issue for myself in the future (should I ever want to. I kind of doubt I will but it was interesting to learn). Very personable, very professional, quick and efficient and great pricing!! Love to support a local business doing great work.
