I have been a licensed general contractor in N.C. (Now retired) for over forty years & obviously have dealt with a vast variety of sub contractors. Recently I contacted Charles w/Hardline Roofing to repair the roof on my personal home due to hail damage. I’ve never met a more knowledgeable, professional, competent, punctual, sub in my career. This post is to share my experience with Hardline Roofing, because I was very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge and experience from him and his Team. Mr. Charles Powers was able to challenge my insurance company and get me a roof replacement. After my Google search looking for a roofer, I called two companies; one said he was coming and didn’t show up and another came and didn’t return, but when I called Hardline Roofing, Mr. Charles Powers was here on time for his first appointment and thereafter. After the initial inspection he put a tarp on the roof the same day to stop the leak. He explained everything he was going to do and talked my husband and I through the process. Unfortunately, that process went on for several months, because the insurance company was trying not to replace the entire roof.
