Often communication fails using contractors, the team at Hardline were quick to respond via email and text through the entire process. The general process of replacing your roof through insurance was rather uncomfortable, but Hardline spent time to walk me through the process. As an engineer, I tend to analyze everything to the Nth degree, and the crew there put up with all my questions through the entire process and accommodated my requests as much as possible. Their roof subs and interior subs were fantastic and worked around the house being occupied the entire time they spent at the house, which includes a 5yr old running wild. Hard line roofing was a fantastic company to work with, we had them replace our roof and they did the truly proper way, they even were able to repair some damaged areas we had not seen initially. Totally professional outfit. They handled an insurance claim at a rental property in Salisbury. They handled all the details and made it quite easy for me. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, there was some ceiling and wall damage inside, and they handled all the repairs.
