I recently had Gentry install a heat-pump in my home, and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed with the work they did. Bill, Jordan, and Alex, in particular, were fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the job done right. Bill answered my 10,000 questions, always responding quickly and he was patient and friendly. The installation itself was flawless - everything looks clean, tidy, and professionally done. I was particularly impressed by how careful they were to clean up after themselves and leave my home just as they found it. We moved into a new home only to have the ac stop on moving day at 90 degrees. Everywhere else said it would be over a month to come out....Gentry came in 3 days and gave us a window unit to use until they got there. Justin was awesome, gave us a good price and made sure to get us in quick. Tony and Jay showed up Monday morning and stayed all day until it was in and working. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend them 100%!
