Gentry recently replaced my 19 year old upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems with Carrier's top of the line variable-speed heat pump systems. The overall experience was excellent and everyone that I dealt with at Gentry exceeded my expectations. I obtained 4 proposals. Gentry provided a very competitive price and Justin was the most knowledgeable and helpful representative with whom I spoke. Tony and his crew (Jay, Alex, Mike and Tim) were here for 5 days and did an excellent job of removing the old systems, running new electrical and refrigerant lines and installing the new equipment. Whenever I asked about doing something a particular way, they cheerfully said yes and usually did better than I had expected. As just one example of many, when they found that the old 240 volt power lines to the upstairs heat strips had been buried underground (without using conduit or underground-rated cable), they installed new lines above ground in conduit -- at no extra charge. We moved into a new home only to have the ac stop on moving day at 90 degrees. Everywhere else said it would be over a month to come out....Gentry came in 3 days and gave us a window unit to use until they got there. Justin was awesome, gave us a good price and made sure to get us in quick. Tony and Jay showed up Monday morning and stayed all day until it was in and working. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend them 100%!

While I can’t speak for the rest of the company- Marcus was extremely great to work with. He was super professional, empathetic, and just all around helpful from the second he showed up to fix our AC! He’s so knowledgeable about his trade and answered all our questions.
