A worker came to my setting and assessed the appropriateness of installing a mini split. Explanations were clear and he was courteous in answering our questions. The following week a three-person crew consisting of an electrician and two technicians arrived promptly on time. In four hours, the installation was complete. All the crew members were conscientious, courteous, and capable. The lead technician not only explained how to use the remote but had us hold it and make the commands we would be likely to use. No one was rushed. All personnel were professional. I have called on Gentry in the past and will continue to call in them in the future. We moved into a new home only to have the ac stop on moving day at 90 degrees. Everywhere else said it would be over a month to come out....Gentry came in 3 days and gave us a window unit to use until they got there. Justin was awesome, gave us a good price and made sure to get us in quick. Tony and Jay showed up Monday morning and stayed all day until it was in and working. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend them 100%!

We needed a new heat pump and air handler for our house. We contacted four different companies to give us a quote. Dean from Gentry was professional, extremely thorough, and we loved his color-coded quote that gave us four different options to choose from. Because of Dean, great reviews of Gentry, the Carrier products they carry, and total professionalism top to bottom we selected Gentry. They kept us in the loop, took care of the paperwork, and installed it about ten days later. Tony and Jay did an incredible job. Clean, friendly, thorough, and professional. They cleaned up perfectly and took ten minutes to go over how to program and work the new thermostat. I am writing this review to help other people.
