We just had our roof replaced with Swink. A friend recommended them after they did a roof repair on her house, and she had a friend that was happy after they replaced her roof. My wife and myself could not be more happy. Donald was great when we first called, Homer helped us navigate our insurance company and was responsive when they wanted to inspect the roof twice! Pricing was fair. The crew was on-time, professional and worked their butts off, they finished within the time they said, and clean up was great. We called Swink Roofing on Friday Feb. 17th and left a message our call was returned promptly that same day by Homer. Homer came out to do a estimate on our roof on Feb. 21st. Homer was very informative on the damages our roof had sustained from a storm. He guided us through the whole process with the insurance company and even came out the next day when the insurance company requested pictures. He also came out and met with the adjuster to ensure the adjuster saw the damage that he had seen. We spoke with the owner of the company (Donald) who was also very knowledgeable and helpful during this whole process. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Our new roof was installed and completed on March 1st by their very hardworking employees who was very nice, kind, and respectful to us and our property.
