Chris and Jeff are awesome! They arrived on time, within 24 hours of my request, communicated in detail about the problem, and were able to have my system up and running the same day. As a woman, it’s refreshing to not be “upsold” or taken advantage of, and feel confident about the integrity of the technicians. I would absolutely recommend these guys!! Chris was awesome. He was knowledgeable, honest, prompt, professional and very reasonable. He also didnt try to sell us newer units. He said our older units were working fine. BONUS: I didnt have to put my 3 large dogs away he was totally fine with them barking at, following and begging for attention as he worked!
Chris has been great! He’s honest and responds quickly. So many I our neighborhood do business with him and it’s obvious why. Definitely recommend!!
