Had a tankless heater that got knocked out by a summer storm while we were away on vacation. Called these folks up and they literally had me a new install same day! Oh yeah, did I mention this was on a Friday, AND July 1!?! Fantastic response, outstanding product, flawless installation. Thank you!

Full disclosure I didn’t end up hiring them, but I had someone come to my house to quote me for a 50 gal water heater. They pitched a number around $4000 and acted like that was standard. When I brought up Lowe’s quoted me $2000 they tried to say they use handymen and not licensed plumbers which isn’t true. Needless to say but I’m going with Lowe’s and their local contracted company who has great ratings as well. Reason for the 2 stars is I felt like the sales pitch I got was deceptive and tried to swindle me to pay double what others charge. Given the area they service, I imagine they can get away with it a lot of the times.
