Siarhei is very knowledgeable. He shared his wealth of knowledge as he walked through the inspection. He pointed out mistakes that were made by the builder. He uncovered an issue that was creating mold in our system and now allowing the blower to operate at nominal. It was a great experience to meet him as a person and to share his knowledge.
My AC stopped working Tuesday evening and I called asking for help, not expecting anything until the next morning during business hours. Siarhai came right over and diagnosed the problem that same night. He proactively worked with the manufacturer to expedite the warranty process, got the part shipped, and had me back up and running!
