We had an excellent experience with Alex! We thought had an issue with our tankless hot water heater installed by others but turned about to be an old, faulty mixer valve in one of the showers. Alex narrowed down the possibilities through process of elimination and solved a hard-to-find issue that ultimately returned consistent hot water to our home! Alex was super responsive and communicative, something I found lacking from other services I contacted before I reached out to Alex. He even followed up a few days after the call to check on us - that has never happened before!
