We had an electrical issue in our box and needed a new breaker. Called and was told they had it in stock and even given the price. We drove all the way across town in lunchtime traffic only to find out when we arrived there that they did not have that particular breaker and had no idea if they would ever get it in again. During our phone conversation we told them we would be there to pick up the part we had even given them the information on the breaker and were assured they had it. We now sit with our house half in the dark because we had to order it from a competitor. Not friendly at all nor helpful. Sounds like there is a lack of communication and not know Knowing what is in stock and giving out the wrong information. Will not be shopping there again.

I had load to deliver I got here around 2am sleep then 7 o’clock the guy come walk me up and unload first thing he ask was if I want to go restroom then asked me if I feel better very very very nice people very happy
