I had the pleasure of working with Matt Shooter from SPR. On the first visit, he explained the process and got me in touch with the insurance policy and walked me through the process. I had a few questions and he took my calls and patiently addressed my concerns. The whole process was very easy, even dealing with the insurance company which is usually never the case. But this was enabled by Matt's explanation and the inspection by the 3rd party. After all the rain, SPR was finally able to come out and install my roof. They started at 0730 on a Sunday morning, worked all day, and did the same the following Monday and left mid-afternoon. My yard is clean and we are VERY satisfied with our new roof, from the color, the shingle design, and the whole endeavor. The gentleman who closed out with my and took all the pictures of the completed roof and while in repair, was very polite and made sure I was satisfied.
