The Choufani and Bailey roofing company represented by project manager Jake was extremely professional and responsive to my questions and on their installation and process. Their team performed an installation of a very complex roof in a little over two days using a GAF 30 year shingle product with a lifetime warranty. After the installation completion, a very thorough cleanup of roofing debris including the thousands of spent nails using magnetic sweepers was performed. Jake responded very quickly to my calls or checked in at least weekly during the weeks in planning and leading up to the installation. I opted for a “fortified” roof upgrade as NCJUA offered a $5k incentive and some reduction in the monthly premium after the certification was in place plus I wanted the peace of mind knowing that our home would be best prepared for the next hurricane to hit Wilmington, Nc. Our interaction with Choufani & Bailey began with a visit and inspection by Randy Hadgraft. When it was determined we had damage to the roof and it required replacement, Randy facilitated the process and interaction with our insurance company on our behalf. After insurance approval, we finalized the build with Randy. He explained every step and timeline. As a professional Project Manager, I appreciated the thoroughness of Randy's plan and his organization. Randy was present multiple times during the build to ensure all expectations were met. We have completed the roof replacement and it went flawless (on-time and on-budget). Roofing repairs and replacements are scary and an unknown business for the average homeowner.
