Lewis & sons is the worst and most irresponsible HVAC company in Wilmington, NC. My heater broke a month ago and didn't have the funds to fix it until 2 weeks ago. I called them and within 30 minutes James shows up to diagnose the problem, he said it was the blower motor and I paid for that diagnostic. A day later I got the money for the repair and called Chris and asked him to order part which should take a couple days to arrive. I explained him that it was really cold and my family and I were freezing. 4 days passed by and didn't hear back from Chris. I called him in the morning to ask him to status of my heater repair, he said he didn't know if they order the part and was going to check and call me back which didn't happen. I called him and texted him a couple days later but he didn't answer. I kept calling him 2 more days and no answer. Chris is the most irresponsible person I know; he doesn't care about anything or customers and just made me waste 2 weeks waiting on him. He doesn
They install new air ducts, an new ac unit great job, House fills great, Its been a long time sence our ac system works this good. Thanks John Sloan
