My Home Warranty Co. put an order in for me to D&G. When D&G contacted me, they said they'd be out the next morning and a tech would call with an arrival time. That didn't happen. I called in that afternoon and they said they were running behind and the tech would call in an hour. Its 24 hours later now, and they still haven't called. I left a message this morning, but nobody called me back. Again, it's Friday afternoon at 2pm and they are MIA when they said they'd be here Thursday morning. Now I get to go through the weekend without working plumbing. Think about that before you call them. I already called somebody else.

I cannot say enough about the great service we received from D & G plumbing. I had a problem that needed attention within a few days to prevent damage to the house. I called the business number at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night just to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when within 2 minutes they called back and we made an appointment for the following afternoon. They kept in touch and worked us into their busy scheduled and resolved the problem quickly and f\effectively. Not only that, they actually l;eft the house in clean condition, as if no one had been there at all. This, to me, shows the quality of their character. If I could, I would rate them a 10..................Casey George
