Dan was extremely attentive and did a very detailed extensive diagnostic on my HVAC system. This was my first service by Dixons and will not be my last. Dan was very honest and explained the many options I have to maintain my two units. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C filter replacement

I got home from a long drive and my AC was out. The owner of the company called me back instantly, was at my home rapidly, fixed everything after explaining in detail what was wrong. Worked extra to find the issues. Didn’t even charge me half of what was originally quoted. This company and its staff are INCREDIBLE. I have a large property with at least 15 beat up units that act up all the time, Dan by far has been the best out of anyone who has come out here. You can tell he cares, he is passionate, he wants to get down to the bottom of everything. Some people just scrape by with a frown on their face all day. Dan is excited to work and know that everything is done right. If I was his boss, he'd get a fat cash bonus $$,$$$
