Read on for the cautionary tale of of how Excel "cares for their customers" It all started when I spoke to Chelsie at Excel, she accepted & acknowledged the warranty change of ownership over the phone. They came out to inspect and began repairs but ceased repairs and left us with an expensive, wet, leaky roof. My best advice after 13 years in Wilmington, don't even think about calling this company unless you have unlimited patience, time, money or you are a lawyer. They are the worlds greatest company for overpromising and under delivering (actually not delivering at all). But if you do decide to call here are a few tips 1. Do not believe a word they say, get it in writing, document every interaction, record every phone call. 2.They actually don't accept warranty claims unless they are in writing, so get your certified mail ready.
