My husband and I are incredibly impressed with the service and professionalism we received from our team from Kenny Fowler. Chris, who conducted measurements, assessed repair/replace etc, kept in consistent communication while our unit was being ordered, shipped and scheduled installation. He even follows up to make sure your comfort level is beyond adequate once everything is installed and completed. The removal of the old unit and installation of new was by two people- Jay and Jamie. These guys are swift, efficient, polite, professional and completed the installation HOURS before expected!!! I am so appreciative of how smoothly this went considering the heat wave, discomfort and frustration one experiences when going through this situation and not having central air! I work from home and it was such a relief to be able to have trustworthy repairmen in the home while I was sweating away in my office. Kenny Fowler Heating and Air replaced our HVAC in the midst of a huge heat wave and attendant humidity in eastern North Carolina. Both the salesman and installation techs (Phillip and Jay) made our air conditioning install a huge priority. I'm so appreciative as I'm sitting in a cool home that isn't a jungle of humidity. The techs were polite and helpful and made sure that our 2 skittish cats were safe with them working here. The price didn't break the bank while the service was absolutely excellent.
